What are cookies?

Note: Cookies never store the actual content of your private chats or your generated images. They may store anonymous IDs that link to those items in our database to make features work (for example, “continue your chat” or “view your gallery”).

The types of cookies we set

1) Strictly Necessary (cannot be switched off)

• Session & authentication (__session, of_auth, of_uid) — Keeps you signed in and routes your requests securely.
• Security & fraud prevention (of_sec, cf_clearance or similar) — Detects unusual activity and protects accounts.
• Load balancing (of_lb) — Ensures fast, stable connections.

2) Preferences

• UI & language (of_lang, of_theme) — Saves your language, dark/light mode, default model preferences.
• Content controls (of_safe, of_content_prefs) — Remembers your safety and content filter choices.

3) Analytics & Performance

• Product analytics (e.g., GA4/Amplitude) (_ga, _ga_*, _amp_*) — Helps us see what’s working and what’s confusing.
• Error tracking (e.g., Sentry) (sentry_*) — Captures anonymous crash reports so we can fix issues.
• A/B testing (of_exp, of_variant) — Lets us compare improvements fairly.

4) Marketing & Measurement (optional)

• Ad platforms (e.g., Google/Meta) (_gcl_au, _fbp) — Measures if our ads are effective and avoids spamming you with repeats.
• Attribution (utm_*, of_attrib) — Tells us which campaign or partner referred you.

The exact cookie names may change as we update our stack, but the purposes stay the same.

How long cookies stay

• Session cookies: deleted when you close your browser or log out.
• Persistent cookies: last from 1 day to 13 months (typical analytics/ads: 3–13 months). We keep them only as long as needed for the stated purpose.

Your choices and controls

1. Cookie Banner / Settings — On your first visit, we ask for consent (where required). You can change your choices anytime in Cookie Settings (look for the link in the site footer).
2. Browser controls — Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Search your browser’s help for “cookies” to find step-by-step guides. Blocking essential cookies may break some features (logins, payments, image generation queues).
3. Global Privacy Control (GPC) — If your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of certain data sharing or “sale” where applicable by law.
4. Do Not Track (DNT) — There’s no common standard, so we prioritize your explicit cookie choices and GPC.

Legal bases and consent

• In regions that require it (e.g., EU/EEA/UK), we only set non-essential cookies (preferences, analytics, marketing) after you consent.
• You can withdraw consent anytime in Cookie Settings.
• In other regions, we rely on legitimate interests for essentials and user choice for the rest.
• If you’re in California, you can opt out of certain “sharing” for cross-context advertising in Cookie Settings. We don’t knowingly sell personal information.

Third parties we may use

We work with reputable providers to run OnlyGFs.ai. Examples include:

• Analytics: Google Analytics 4, Amplitude
• Error monitoring: Sentry
• Advertising/Attribution: Google Ads, Meta Ads, first-party attribution
• Security/Performance: CDN and bot protection services

These providers may set their own cookies when their scripts run on our site. We contractually require them to protect your data and use it only for agreed purposes.

AI chats and generated images

• Cookies do not store your chat text or image pixels.
• Cookies may store IDs that reference your sessions or galleries so features like “resume chat” or “regenerate” work without re-entering everything.
• For safety, we also use server-side tools (not cookies) to detect abuse and keep the platform secure.

Children’s privacy

OnlyGFs.ai is not intended for children. If you’re under the minimum age in your country, please don’t use the service.

International transfers

Our providers may process data in multiple countries. We use appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) to protect your information when it moves across borders.

Changes to this policy

We update this page when we add features, change vendors, or refine how we use cookies. If the changes are significant, we’ll let you know in-product or by email. The date at the top shows when this policy was last updated.
